Blue Lime is a property maintenance team operating in the Central Okanagan. We handle suite turnovers for rental properties and look after common areas and grounds for strata and commercial buildings. Our work is done by real people on the ground, backed by smart technology that keeps us fast and organized. Every contract includes clear client reports, so you always know what’s been done. Blue Lime was established in July 2019 by Doug and Jessica, a husband and wife team from West Kelowna. It started with one contract and two people figuring it out, and it grew because clients kept asking whether we could handle one more thing.
OUR TEAM
Every building has its own Property Maintenance Manager. They get to know the site, the residents and all its quirks, and they care for it like their own.
Behind them is a team trained on the same work. If someone is away, your building carries on without interruption. Someone who knows it is always there.
